Elise MacCarroll-Wright is an innovative healthcare strategist and operational leader with over 30 years of experience in healthcare operations for large organizations such as AdventHealth and HCA. She has led various service lines, including Imaging, Laboratory, Radiation Oncology, Respiratory, Neurology, Nutrition, Environmental Services, and Cardiovascular. Currently, Elise is the Vice President of Ancillary and Support Services for AdventHealth’s 55 hospitals, where she fosters connectivity, standardization, and economies of scale through a matrixed partnership between AdventHealth Clinical and Supply Chain. Elise is passionate about local and global service; she is the board chair of CORE, a Legacy Mentor with Embrace Families, has led 14 mission trips to Guatemala, and is a former board member of the Pace Center for Girls.
